Penny was recommended to me by several New Zealand author friends, and I can see why. I was very impressed by her service and turnaround. She also kept in touch right through the process, with prompt emails replying to any questions I had as I worked my way through her edits.
I also found her respective of author voice, and the decisions made in regard to worldbuilding, etc. Her suggestions were helpful and added several layers of polish to my manuscript.
